About OA’s Junior Saints
Our Junior Saints programme isn’t just about Rugby, it’s about life lessons and allowing our girls to develop, within our Junior Saints Philosophy and Core Values;
Giving them the Self-Confidence to deal with situations on and off the field, while stretching their abilities to achieve their highest level, being Honourable, Accountable and to have Self-Worth,
Remembering that;” It’s first about the player next to “me” and “knowing that I can be Counted on”
“Coaching and Preparing them to be the best that they can be, and the result will take care of itself and amongst all have fun.”
At OA’s Junior Saints girls rugby, we cover 4 age groups, based on age as at 01/09/2019:
Under 11 (ages 9 & 10), Under 13 (ages 11 &12), Under 15 (ages 13 & 14) and Under 18 (ages 15-17)
The numbers in the girls and women’s game is growing at a phenomenal rate, The Junior Saints have again seen very good growth, from 14 players (8x U15 & 6x U18’s) in 2012 to 69 players across (U11- U18’s) last season; and with this in mind,
we would very much like to encourage your girls to come and be part of this and try club rugby at the most successful club in Hertfordshire.
